Throughout 2021/22 fiscal year, we aim to re-establish field marketing into a new GC commercial marketing development team, establishing processes that enable our organization to better identify, prioritize and overcome the challenges our group companies face in achieving their annual targets and objectives.
This team will directly support the achievement of GC commercial excellence through process development support, escalation of needs to central services, and ensuring annual planning/budgeting alignment between sales and marketing.
The GC Regional Development Roadmap outlines focus areas across the region and in various topics, prioritizing the top 3 GC’s within the region for focused support, grouping other GC’s for consolidated efficiency improvement efforts
The aim is to have a clear picture and roadmap for each regions Commercial Marketing Development team leader, to define more concrete actions that in turn accelerate commercial excellence achievement
–Business goals prioritized and translated into actions, in the areas of sales, marketing and audiology
–Commercial excellence process development initiatives that are either facilitated or supported by the Commercial Marketing Development team
–Balance and efficiency: some projects are relevant to all regional GCs, some are focusing on a specific GC target achievement support initiatives
