Small independents require different engagement tactics and have differing needs to large practices which differ again to those attached to ent centers.

Similarly, a business owner may be interested in marketing, whereas a salaried hearing aid dispenser may just want the product details with the practice managers  taking care of the marketing .

We need to understand which business type offers more value and understand who is an influencer and a decision maker within the business’s we are targeting.
