ModShop is a web and mobile application, designed as a fun and interactive tool for guitarists to upgrade their guitars. Guitarists can use the app to quickly find and order parts that fit their specific guitar; ordering online or from their local dealer.
Developed as a lead generation tool, the application can be embedded on dealer websites, allowing them to capture leads and create a unique user experience promoting Graph Tech products. Consumers using the app are added to email marketing lists that both Graph Tech and their preferred local dealer use to send customized emails to the consumer, focused on the databased knowledge of what guitars the guitarist owns.
